Free Medical camps on a monthly basis. There are a number of doctors, nurses and medical assistants who on a weekly basis form a team and are transported in a mini-bus to the rural villages. Over 500 people a month receive treatment and medication. The types of camps that are offered include. Main service activities include:

Madurai Charitable Trust started a hospital by name Padmam Hospital in the mid city of Madurai and is located at 34/59, Khanpalayam 3rd Street, Madurai - 625 009, Tamilnadu, India. This hospital was inaugurated the 1st of April 2002. It is open 8 hours a day and many doctors provide their services free of charge. There is also a pathology laboratory attached to the clinic.

Madurai charitable trust has adopted a child P.Karthiga on 2002 for her studies, now she is in 9th class. This year 2006 Madurai Charitable Trust has adopted 3 more children.

SCHOLARSHIP. Madurai charitable trust has given scholar ship to Mr. M.T.Vishnu kumar to join in 11th class. M.C.T. will pay school fess.
In this academic year of school June 2006 Madurai Charitable Trust has distributed Notebooks to the students at Panchayat Schools in village near Madurai. On 16.06.2006 at Mangalagudi village, Kadakinaru village, Arumbanur village, Narasingam village totally 380 students are given Notebooks.
On 19.06.2006 Madurai Charitable Trust distributed notebooks to Corporation school children also to 230 orphan female children at Sathya children orphan school totally 750 children has benefited.
[THIRD MILE STONE: SAIRAM VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE 22nd November 2002]
Madurai Charitable Trust started a Training centre (Sewing class) in the mid city of Madurai. The name is Sai Ram Vocational Training Centre and is located at 150/208, East Veli Street, Madurai - 625 001, Tamilnadu, India. At this time the training centre is mainly for women and girls to learn to sew. There are 12 sewing machines and dozens of women have now been trained in dress making in order to start their own home businesses and become financially independent. There are 12 sewing machines and a teacher to train the ladies at free of cost.
[FOURTH MILE STONE: AKASH AGE CARE & HANDICAPPED HOME 1st of September 2003]
1) Madurai Charitable Trust started an Age Care Home in the rural village near Madurai by the name Akash Age Care & Handicapped Home. In 2002 MCT Dr.T.N.Kuppusami (Dr.Tim) donated the land in a new release area at 2/248, Sasthri Nager, Kadachanenthal, Madurai - 625 107, Tamilnadu, India. On the outskirts of Madurai to build a home for the aged. They designed and built the Akash Home for the Aged which comprises accommodation and facilities for 16 older people without family and community support. The building is a light and airy building with 6 double bedrooms, a large bedroom for 4 people, kitchen, dining hall, Bathrooms, office and meditation hall. There are staffs that care for the residents 24 hours a day. This home was inaugurated on the 1st of September 2003. Sixteen aged people can be accommodated and all facilities are provided for their comfortable stay. They can live happily as they live in their homes. Every one is taken care individullay.

[FIFTH MILE STONE: DOLPHIN COMPUTER TRAINING CENTRE inaugurated on the 23rd of November 2003]
Vocational training also includes computer literacy. There is a small centre with 3 computers where students and adults come to learn computer skills from a voluntary teacher. This Training Centre was inaugurated on the 23rd of November 2003. It operates daily between 11.30 a.m to 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m to 4.30 p.m. There are 3 computers and a teacher to train the students at free of cost.
